The first day of my midsem break is also the first day of spring. Sweetest coincidence.

I let loose a little today, ignored the scarily large list of 'to do's, slept in, had pancakes drenched in maple and whipped cream (posted on instagram!), borrowed a handful of books from the library and bought new shampoo + conditioner. Any personal purchase is a reward in my eyes. Self-indulgence is my way of welcoming humid breezes and long summer days.

Can't explain how happy I am to finally have these boots in my possession. They sell out so quickly, and the height intimidates me -- but excuses aside, I am one happy lady and now occasionally a tall asian.
